BERING Men's Solar Wristwatches - Stainless Steel and Sapphire Glass

The BERING watch features a highly scratch-resistant and flat sapphire crystal covering the blue dial. This Solar Watch Collection charges with any kind of light, and when fully charged, it runs for 6-12 months. The watch is powered by a solar movement.

The case is made from black IP-plated medical-grade (316L) stainless steel, measuring 40mm in diameter and 9mm in thickness. The strap is also made from black IP-plated Milanese stainless steel (316L), with a length of 203mm and a width of 24mm. The watch is water-resistant up to 5 ATM / 50 meters / 164 feet, making it suitable for general resistance to splashing, showering, and short periods of swimming, but not for snorkeling or diving.

BERING's sapphire crystal is the third-hardest transparent material after moissanite and diamonds. This particularly crystal-clear, hard, and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal ensures an unrestricted view of the BERING dial. BERING only uses sapphire glass in its timepieces and no mineral glass.

To find the perfect size for your wrist, BERING provides a size guide. The item number tells you the size of the watch case, and the last two numbers of the front number show the diameter in millimeters. You can also adjust the clasp to ensure a comfortable fit.

When stored in complete darkness, the watch typically runs for 6 months on a full charge until the next charge is necessary. This battery life increases when the watch is exposed to light in between. The watch needs to be in the sun for about 24 hours to be fully charged, and it should not be left on the dashboard of a car, as the temperature can get extremely high.

If the battery is only charged weakly, the watch indicates this by moving the second hand in "two-second steps." The clock will run for another 3 days with this "two-second cycle," and then it will need to be recharged. In contrast to batteries in a conventional quartz watch, the BERING watch's battery does not need to be replaced regularly.
