BERING Men's Classic Collection Analog Quartz Watch

The CLASSIC COLLECTION watches are classic, puristic, and yet exciting - inspired by Danish design, and with a quartz movement. The minimalistic BERING watch has a highly scratch-resistant and flat sapphire crystal. The glamorous case is made of high-quality, silver IP-plated Stainless Steel (316l), 8 mm wide and 40 mm in diameter. The strap is made of high-quality, silver IP-plated Stainless Steel (316l) with stainlees steel links, 175 mm long and 20 mm wide. The watch is water resistant up to 3 ATM / 30 meters, protected against rain and water splashes.

The elegant BERING look is achieved with a finely brushed or highly polished stainless steel surface. Our sapphire crystal is the third hardest transparent material after moissanite and diamonds, providing a particularly crystal-clear, hard and scratch-resistant view of the BERING dial. All BERING watches are equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, unlike mineral glass, which is a common but less resistant material in the watch sector.

The arctic have for the BERING founder Michael Witt Johansen and his friend and cofounder René Gross Kaerskov a huge meaning. In 2008, René parachute jumped on the North Pole, and this story along with Michael's love for the Greenland and the Faroes Islands started the Idea: It´s BERING Time!
